PAVILION & PICNIC AREA RENTALS

Available for Members of Fox Mill Woods Swim and Tennis Club


Our large covered pavilion is the perfect place for a summer get-together. The pavilion offers plenty of shade, ceiling fans, speakers, and picnic tables. 

In-Season rental: $150 for a 3-hour reservation, each additional hour is $25.
Off-season rental (when the pool is closed for the season): $100.

Parties may use the covered pavilion, playground, picnic tables, and grounds. Parties can include up to 20 swimmers. The fee for each additional swimmer is $5 per person.

Parties must end by 9pm in accordance with local noise restrictions.

[Note: Pavilion renters are welcome to use the charcoal grills located near the structure. Gas grills located on the pool deck are property of the FMW Swim Team and are for use during swim meets only.]
