Privacy policy

We at Fox Mill Woods Swim and Tennis Club respect you, your family and your privacy. That’s why we’ll treat your personal information, including names, phone numbers, email addresses and physical addresses, with care.

Seriously.

We hold your personal information with the same reverence we do our own (‘cause we’re members too!). So please know any information you share with us is as safe as our website hosting service can make it. We will only share your information with your explicit approval to do so with our swim team (the FMW Fintastics!) or our pickleball and tennis partner (Blue Chip Tennis).

We will only receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; email address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history required by the law and website hosting service. This helps us to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. (We use this data to see if we’re doing ok or not in our goal of sharing the right amount of information in the right way at the right time. You know…not too much and not too little.)

When we collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profiles, we will safeguard that information to the best of our abilities, because privacy matters and the trust you place in us matters.

We collect such non-personal and personal Information:

To provide and operate our services;

To provide our users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

To be able to contact our visitors and users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

If you don’t want us to process your data anymore (and we don't blame you -- because privacy matters!), please contact us via our contact form.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our organization, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our member Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, and postal mail.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. (Again, we will do all we reasonably can to treat your information with the care and respect your privacy deserves.)
